1 - Introduction & Equipment Familiarization
Overview of sidemount diving benefits and applications, learn about gear and tanks configuration.
2 - Confined Water Preparation
Develop skills for maintaining buoyancy and trim while diving, Practice handling potential underwater challenges safely.
3 - Open Water Dive
Mastering buoyancy, trim, and skills previously learned in confined water in a safe manner and with none or minimal assistance from the instructor.
